"Very responsive to my initial inquiry email and throughout the process of determining what services I needed and getting things scheduled. Super speedy service and punctual with every appointment (three). Very personable, friendly, and caring. Planning to use them for future projects. Highly recommend."

Personable and friendly techs. Very accommodating and mostly followed directions. I had some issues with stored items but the lead guy came back and did an outstanding job of rearranging some boxes to my satisfaction. I have already recommended them. Super service! Thanks Bio-One!!

I needed to have my dad’s house cleaned before he returned home from a major surgery. The house had endured decades of neglect through renters and smokers inside the home. Bio-One was incredible to work with. They were prompt and communication, quick to give a quote, and flexible with different cleaning options. Christopher led the team that came out to clean. Each person I spoke with was kind and professional. I’m amazed at how well everything was cleaned; It looks like an entirely new space! The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work they put in. I also live out of town, but Bio One made it so easy to lineup the details. I highly recommend them to anyone Needing a thorough clean and/or disposal of hoarded items.

Nadine and her team have been SOOO amazing to work with during a family medical emergency. I had called other companies that were trying to price gauge us in a time of need and charge 3x what they were charging- (AKA DO NOT EVER CALL SERVEPRO). Nadine and Bio One have been fantastic- They sent us before and after photos and a list of anything that needed to be disposed of. They had our place looking AMAZING and did so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!!!

I am so incredibly happy with Bio-One's work! We cleaned out my dad's place after it became a little overwhelming, and when we walked in it was just like he'd just moved in. I almost cried with happy tears seeing it back to a safe and livable environment for him! This is the second time my family has used Bio-One and I will sing their praises to the end of time. Worth every single penny! Thank you Nadine and Chris, I am so happy and so grateful for y'all bringing peace of mind to me and my family!

Cleaned my basement, which I couldn't stand the smell anymore because something the cat dragged in had died. It now looks fantastic, couldn't be cleaner. A+ job, this is my second time hiring them and I would do so again.

These people are angels. My aunt is a hoarder and they came in and made her house a home again. Thank you guys for all that you have done. You have rescued my family and myself from anguish. I recommend them highly.

"For several years, my landlord allowed a wet basement issue to continue unchecked. I decided to buy the house and fix the basement myself, but when I hired an inspector I was told that the basement was so badly contaminated with mold and fungus that it rendered the entire house unsafe for habitation. I was also told that all of the belongings I had stored in totes down there we're also contaminated and would have to be destroyed. I had Christmas ornaments, books, puzzles, games, memorabilia, furniture, baby clothes, off-season clothes, my son's Star Wars collectibles and more down there and was devastated that I not only would have to move out, but would also have to get rid of most of these things. The job was huge and nasty, because there was standing water in the basement and actual PUDDLES of black mold; the team had to wear respirators and hazmat suits, it was that bad. But Christopher and his team were professional, respectful, and considerate of my distress. It is never easy to see your belongings hauled off and thrown into a dumpster by a group of strangers, but it helped to know that they were doing their best to help me and helping to reduce the nightmare situation in that basement. It has been a traumatic week for me, to be honest, but they helped it to be a little less so with their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you."
