Personable and friendly techs. Very accommodating and mostly followed directions. I had some issues with stored items but the lead guy came back and did an outstanding job of rearranging some boxes to my satisfaction. I have already recommended them. Super service! Thanks Bio-One!!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. I hired this team to clean out my grandmothers down stairs that has been victim to animal feces and hoarding for the past 20 years. They were extraordinarily kind, professional, and discreet. I scheduled with Nadine who was so helpful with planning. I made a mistake in my scheduling and she immediately jumped on helping me fix it and making this whole process easy. Chris and his team were so patient during the whole process. All three members of this team went through great lengths to make sure my grandmother was comfortable with what was being cleaned and taken out. This company absolutely fits individual needs and truly listens to your unique situation. I couldn’t have asked for better help. They turned a nightmare situation into a miracle. Thank you all!

Cleaned my basement, which I couldn't stand the smell anymore because something the cat dragged in had died. It now looks fantastic, couldn't be cleaner. A+ job, this is my second time hiring them and I would do so again.

Chris and Luis David worked miracles!! They make an awesome team! I greatly appreciate their work ethic, care of handling items, and ability to transform houses into safe and functional living spaces in a short amount of time. Nadine and her team have been SOOO amazing to work with during a family medical emergency. I had called other companies that were trying to price gauge us in a time of need and charge 3x what they were charging- (AKA DO NOT EVER CALL SERVEPRO). Nadine and Bio One have been fantastic- They sent us before and after photos and a list of anything that needed to be disposed of. They had our place looking AMAZING and did so quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!!!

Friend’s family used BioOne to clean up after we found her deceased. They returned when it was time to clean out remaining belongings. I came to collect a few sentimental items set aside for me. I met BioOne representatives when I was there and they were very kind and compassionate. The staff was helpful, courteous and understanding as I collected other items to share with friends or donate to charitable organizations. I will recommend them anytime someone needs this kind of service.

I am so incredibly happy with Bio-One's work! We cleaned out my dad's place after it became a little overwhelming, and when we walked in it was just like he'd just moved in.
